Exchange Policy
At S3 Elegance, we do **not accept returns** under any circumstances. However, we do offer **exchanges** for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong size.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange, contact us at **s3elegance.biz@gmail.com** within **30 days of receiving your item**. Please include your order number and a clear description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. **Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.**
**Exchange Only – No Returns**
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason. All sales are final. Exchanges are only allowed in the case of:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect size
- Wrong item received
**Non-Exchangeable Items**
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Please note: Even for EU customers, we do **not accept returns**, only exchanges for eligible issues as outlined above.
